Description of problem:
All simulation's diagrams is not localized. All axis are described by English labels in all supported languages.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use localization for de, ja, es, ru
- start $LC_ALL=es_ES.UTF-8 ./standalone.sh or
- go to http://localhost:8080/business-central/org.kie.workbench.KIEWebapp/KIEWebapp.html?locale=es_ES
2. Simulate any process
2. Go to any diagram (for example Activity diagram)
Actual results:
All axis are described by English labels.
Expected results:
All axis are described by localized labels.
