      Description of problem:
      All simulation's diagrams is not localized. All axis are described by English labels in all supported languages.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. use localization for de, ja, es, ru

      Actual results:
      All axis are described by English labels.

      Expected results:
      All axis are described by localized labels.
