[GSS](6.4.z) Kie-Server doesn't respect the org.jbpm.task.cleanup.enabled parameter in BPM Suite 6.4.x

    Description

      It is not possible to disable registration of TaskCleanUpProcessEventListener in jBPM extension. The following system property have no effect when set to false for kie-server:

      org.jbpm.task.cleanup.enabled

      This issue has been fixed in jBPM 7 according to JBPM-5750, so it needs to be fixed on 6.4 as well.
