Customer is looking to move away from manual UI configuration and fully automate the mapping of organizations using the Proxy Cache feature.
While the configbundlesecret.yaml enables the feature globally, partner need a way to automate the organization-level settings during the initial deployment. Since Quay API supports proxy cache configuration, we want to leverage that to programmatically enable this mode rather than relying on manual steps in the Quay UI. Our goal is to ensure that as soon as Quay is deployed, the proxy cache organization is ready to use without human intervention.
