2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The automated etcd backup lacks the necessary indicator to proactively manage risk, this request is to be able to get by default the following metrics for the automated etcd backup :
etcd_backup_job_last_execution_status 
etcd_backup_job_last_execution_elapsed_minutes
etcd_backup_cronjob_status
etcd_backup_job_last_execution_duration_milliseconds
etcd_backup_job_last_execution_elapsed_minutes

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
this metrics are critical to get the etcd backup success rate and duration
