OpenShift on Oracle Alloy Support

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Joint Red Hat and Oracle customers would like OpenShift support on Oracle Alloy, wherein the Oracle Alloy is managed by a Oracle third party provider.  

Note: Oracle Alloy is similar to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure but allows for white labeling/re-branding by a 3rd party provider, which includes billing and services.

Oracle Alloy is a complete cloud infrastructure platform that enables partners to become cloud providers and offer a full range of cloud services to expand their businesses. Partners control the commercial and customer experience of Oracle Alloy and can customize and extend it to address their specific market needs. In select markets (sovereignty or public sector reasons), Oracle Alloy is possibly one of the only sanction provider option in a particular industry / territory / region.
