Customer has cluster installed on OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) where EgressIP is not working on secondary subnet.
According to RH document EgressIP is supported on bare metal cluster, "OpenShift Container Platform is installed on a bare metal cluster. This feature is disabled within cloud or hypervisor environments."

EgressIP is disabled on secondary interface on Vsphere installation.

Need to implement EgressIP on secondary interface on OCI cluster. Can we enable it so that it wan work ?

--> Their IP's are exhausted and want to implement EgressIP on secondary interface on OCI cluster.
4. List any affected packages or components.

--> EgressIP on Vsphere.
