1. Proposed title of this feature request

Installer to provide OpenShift Virtualization with batteries included.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Today Assisted Installer (AI) can install OpenShift Virtualization, but this installation is limited to the CNV Operator.

But in the OpenShift context, some functionality if the platform is not provided by CNV, but other operators, such as

• monitoring - Observability operator
• high availability - NHC medik8s Operator
• host network configuratoin - nmstate
• migration of existing VM workloads - MTV Operator

In addition to the operators, there must be on out-of-the-box configurations for these operators be provided

• default cr for deploying Observability stack
• default cr for configuring NHC out of the box
• flags to create a cr for nmstate to configure additional host interfaces i.e. into a bond+bridge
• flags to create NADs for V(X)LANs or OVN overlays

The request is to extend AI to include these components by default, if virtualization is selected in order to be more welcoming to new adopters, and lower the entrance barrier.
Aka make the installer more opinionated in order to provide an ideal virt platform out of the box - if the admin indicated that it will be a virt platform.

It should be in the installer, because with this approach, and admin can decide on day 2 to uninstall/replace any component.
Also CNV stays free of dependencies and will stay "slim" for small or specialized deployments, i.e. on SNO.

Requirements: This must work in disconnected environments.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

We need to lower the entracen barrier for openshift virtualization, and reudce the amoun tof knowledge a customer needs to get "common" functionality out of the box.

We also want to have one proven an well known path for vir platform deployments.
