If the customer has for example Standard Operating Procedures or other cluster documentation it should be possible to add these to the knowledge of OLS.
This could be in the form of a pre-trained model or plain data.
In addition it would be good to give those docs priority over Red Hat's knowledge base if the answer is found there assuming those take precedence of being followed if they exist.
