      As an OpenShift Lightspeed user, I want my organization's specific OpenShift-related information to be included so that responses to my questions are better than the language model can provide alone.

       

      Goal
      Enable customers to bring their own OpenShift knowledge into OpenShift Lightspeed (OLS).

      Acceptance Criteria

      Phase 1 – Functionality (Make it work)

      • Allow customers to manually import their knowledge into OLS.
      • Support importing Markdown files.

      Phase 2 – Usability (Make it easy)

      • Provide a seamless, one-click method for importing customer knowledge directly within OLS.
      • Support integration with knowledge sources such as Git and Confluence.
