      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Automatically set cluster name in OCM when a connected cluster is installed.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When a new cluster is created, it is automatically inserted into the OpenShift Console. We need to configure this cluster in the console because the information it inserts is incomplete.
The name is set to the UUID (clusterID) instead of the human readable name.
The metadata.name from the install-config.yaml could be used for that.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To avoid the need of manually change the name for all the clusters registered in OCM. When there are lots of clusters registered in OCM, it's difficult to identify the clusters by the ID, and adding the names needs to be done manually at this moment.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      OCM
