1. Proposed title of this feature request

Ability to view registered cluster names in console.redhat.com/openshift automatically and edit via API.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer needs a way to identify their cluster inventory in console.redhat.com/openshift automatically by name and be able to export this data. API options are limited and that option is not listed there.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The customer has +100 registered clusters and will be adding new ones soon. That would be a very complicated process to keep that up to date using "edit display name" option and it is subject to typing errors.
