Integrate YAML generation AI Feature in Openshift Console

Writing YAMLs from scratch is always time-consuming and requires extensive browsing of the docs of the particular resource.

This is one of the use cases where LLMs thrive and provide satisfactory output.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customers often need to search docs or tutorials online to find the exact structure, which is time-consuming.

It can save a lot of time and effort if we can help customers by generating a basic YAML for any resources they want.
