As a developer, I want to know what are the ways we can integrate an LLM into ODC to provide AI-powered features.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Explore Openshift Lightspeed & other Ollama-aided models.
2. Create a prototype to use an opensource model to power the YAML generation feature in the ODC using opensource models.
