--->> oc-mirror latest versions should rebuild the catalog and only list selected operators. And oc-mirror v2 doesn't have flag to rebuild the catalog.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

-->> It'll show all operators unnecessarily even after mirroring with selected operators.
