Tag-naming patterns in auto-pruning policies

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Allow to be more specific in auto-pruning rules by supplying multiple tag naming patterns. Absolute tag name enumerations like "latest, stable, prod" should be possible as well as multiple patterns like "prod-, stable-".

This would help with better granularity for the image lifecycle and is required as part of RFE-5326
