Combine auto-pruning policies in Quay

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

It should be possible to combine auto-pruning policies in Quay. Right now, pruning can be based just on tag age or amount of tags. It should be able to define a policy, for example, to just keep X tags that are not older than Y.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This would help on a better granularity for the image management.
