1. Proposed title of this feature request:
Add proxmox support for the OpenShift installer

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
In the same way we support VMware ESXi and ESX, Nutanix etc, we should support Proxmox as a hypervisor choice for customers to spin up OpenShift clusters.

3. Why it is needed? (List the business requirements here):
Customers are looking for other solutions, one of them is proxmox
