Secondary networks monitored through the Observability operator

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The operator today monitors only the default Pod network. The request is to also visualize traffic of secondary networks.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customers running bridge CNI, macvlan CNI, SR-IOV CNI, or OVN Kubernetes secondary networks, are interested in getting the full picture of traffic flowing through their system.
