Upstream documentation with details of Redfish API support by metal3 to allow partners build compatible Redfish implementations.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Publish a detailed specification of the Redfish APIs supported by metal3/BMO (endpoints, optional/mandatory parameters) so that it can be used as a reference by vendors (partners and customers) who want to integrate their hardware with metal3/BMO. Allow feedback so that features that are considered essential by the vendors can be added. Having such a document would help ensure compatibility between metal3 and vendors' Redfish implementation at early stages.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
There are often discrepancies between the metal3 implementation and vendor Redfish implementations. As a result, customers cannot use metal3 to manage some vendor hardware (e.g. for installation and scaling of OpenShift).
