Improve the User Experience for the Overview pages of Terminated Resources owned by operators

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When a resource that is managed by some operator, is terminated by the operator, users are shown the 404 error in the resource details pages. This is not friendly as it does not picture properly the relation of the resource to its owner.

For e.g. In the case of the Openshift Serverless operator, the pods created by the Knative Service get auto-terminated once there is no traffic.  Thus, users see the 404 page in the Pod Details. This does not clearly state to the users that the pods have been terminated due to the operator's behaviour.

We have received the request in the form of a bug OCPBUGS-9289

This should improve the User Experience of the customers
