Description of problem:

Content tab of Pod Overview shifts to 404 when active Knative Pod is downscaled; 404 seems to indicate an error when this behaviour is correct

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy a Knative serverless Pod
2. View Pod details (through Workloads/Pods)
3. Wait until Pod is downscaled by OCP

Actual results:

Content tab displays '404 Not Found'

Expected results:

Friendlier message indicating Knative behaviour as expected (downscaled to 0)
