What is the nature and description of the request?

Loki is a resource consuming component and is can considered to much resource consuming for only Network Observability Operator. 1x.small instance requires 36vCPUs.

Why does the customer need this?

They would like to reuse already existing intance of Loki in order the amount of resources they need to allocate for the store.
