1. Proposed title of this feature request
Enable oc-mirror to mirror two specific versions of operators without mirroring versions in between. Enhance the oc-mirror to Support Selective Mirroring of Operator Versions.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
We would like to add the following scenario with a documented example of using the oc-mirror plugin to mirror only two specific versions of operators without mirroring all versions in between.

For the purposes of mirroring add-on operators, we would like to offer a an option similar to that of the shortestPath option currently available when mirroring platform images.

3. Why does the customer need this?
