UBI9/RHEL9 ansible-operator based images

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Customer wants to move to RH9 release of the ansible-operator as the whole product is moving to RH9 bases (images), also OCP 4.13 is using RHCOS 9.2. So to have the full stack on the same version the desire is to have UBI9/RHEL9 ansible-operator based images

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer wants to have this as outlined before to roll out ship this in an aligned manner, so all components are at the same os level which makes it easier for them to maintain
