      1. Proposed title of this feature request: Cert-manager Operator for RedHat OpenShift to support for ncm-issuer

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

This cert issuer is using REST API to communicate with Nokia Certificate Manager (NCM) to request certificates.

It's a community cert-manager issuer for which we are requesting validation to confirm that it works with OpenShift Cert-Manager Operator (CM) and does not break its supportability.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer relies on an internal PKI infrastructure based on Nokia Certificate Manager (NCM) to manage the certificates used by applications on OpenShift.

Customer would also especially issue certificates from Nokia's NCM issuer to OpenShift default Ingress routes and kubeapi server endpoints running on OpenShift.

They would like cert-manager to integrate with ncm-issuer to manage TLS serving certificates that the secure communication from external endpoints to the cluster.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

kubeapi server, Console, *.apps routes provided by Default ingress and Cert-Manager operator.
