      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Cert-manager Operator for RedHat OpenShift to support for ncm-issuer

This cert issuer is using REST API to communicate with Nokia Certificate Manager (NCM) to request certificates.

Customers can integrate internal PKI infrastructure based on Nokia Certificate Manager (NCM) to manage the certificates used by applications on OpenShift.

Customers are looking to use certificates from ncm issuer as TLS serving certificates in default Ingress routes and kubeapi server endpoints for secure communication with external entities.

       Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Cert-manager can integrate with ncm issuer and manage certificates on OpenShift clusters.

_NON-GOAL: ncm-issuer will ONLY be tested and documented by RedHat. Support for the issuer needs to come from external maintainers based on 3rd party software support https://access.redhat.com/third-party-software-support_

      Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

      ncm issuer support
