1. Proposed title of this feature request
   What is the nature and description of the request? The mouse over popup inside the YAML editor is overly aggressive. When you move the mouse onto the editor to get a curser it actually blocks you by popping up underneath it, especially when trying to move quickly. Ideally, offset it from the mouse, or even put a box over the help panel that updates with the mouse over target info and does not interfere with using the UI. Otherwise slow it down at least a second or 2
