      As a user I want the ability to show/hide toolitps in the yaml editor and have it persist so that I don't have to change it every time I navigate to the page.

       

      Acceptance criteria:

      • provide checkbox to show/hide tooltips
      • make that setting persist every time i navigate to the editor
