      1. Proposed title of this feature request
IPv6/IPv4 dual-stack support for OpenShift Container Platform 4 on AWS

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
OpenShift Container Platform 4, IPv6/IPv4 dual-stack support is only available on bare-metal and starting with OpenShift Container Platform 4.13 on vSphere. Customers running on AWS are still bound to IPv4 only OpenShift Container Platform 4 - Cluster deployments which exposes some serious limitations for application requiring IPv6.

It's therefore required that OpenShift Container Platform 4 running on AWS also receives support for IPv6/IPv4 dual-stack deployments to allow applications which require IPv6 to connect and use OpenShift Container Platform 4 running on AWS.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
With more and more enterprise customer moving towards public cloud, their network requirements towards IPv6 does expand into public cloud and thus requires IPv6/IPv4 dual-stack support to remain relevant for application requiring support for both stacks.

Also with the Red Hat provided Cloud Services, enterprises will move workload to those offering and potentially require IPv6/IPv4 dual-stack support for newly created application or some specifical IPv6 only application.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
