2. What is the nature and description of the request? Use Datastore Cluster as place holder for normal datastore without turning on Storage DRS or any kind of storage vMotion feature.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)This is a infrastructure requirement from the VHS team in Deutsche Bank. Customer is using ACM and VMware IPI for on-permise is a must. They already use Datastore Cluster as their future step stone and it's already integrated with their provisioning workflow, hence support for this is critical.
