vSphere Datastore Cluster support

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Unable to use vSphere Datastore Cluster in machineset, while adding new Datastores

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Unable to add more nodes to deploy customer applications.

Customer uses Datastore Clusters that have more than one Datastore [Note: a datastore cluster is a "folder" of datastores]. IPI only accepts 1 Datastore, and after install the customer has to add additional MachineSets as a Day 2 operation. Customer would like the ability to pass in a Datastore Cluster and have all the necessary pieces setup automatically.
