      Generate a custom domain when using in CloudFront CCOCTL to host OIDC public URL
      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
      customer want a custom domain to be generated in CloudFront instead of a random one to host the OIDC public URL when he execute the following command:

      ccoctl aws create-all --create-private-s3-bucket --region ca-central-1 --credentials-requests-dir=./credrequests --name=devb --output-dir=./out

      3. Why does the customer need this?
      the customer want to automate the process of cluster creation and having a such a url (http://<random-string>.cloudfront.net/) generated each time don't help for automation
