Ability to upgrade OCP cluster over multiple maintenance windows using GitOps LCM workflow

1. Proposed title of this feature request

Ability to pause MCP in the ZTP workflow while running OCP updates/upgrades

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Telco customers like to perform upgrades in maintenance windows where a maintenance window might be 4 or 6 hours long. This means that if we use the GitOps ZTP workflow to run an upgrade using the TALM operator, we would need the ability to upgrade a subset of worker nodes at a time, such that we upgrade subsets of worker nodes in different maintenance windows.

In order to only run upgrades in maintenance windows.
