      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Provide OpenShift related client software as RPM packages via a Red Hat repository

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Currently, programs like oc, opm, oc-mirror, tkn and many others mentioned in our documentation will needed to be pulled from either console.redhat.com or even github.com .

The current procedure does not comply to procedures of enterprise environments where software is provided via Red Hat Satellite or similar software-management tools.
In addition to the management abilities of such packages like tracking versioning, gaining the benefits of package-signature and therefore securing the supply-chain would be gained.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Currently developer machines based on RHEL which are managed by the operations team, may have arbitrary versions of those tools installed and the operations team is unable to keep track of them. Additionally most of those systems do not have direct internet access, so that additional efforts need to be taken to make them available.

Bindings for Ansible modules would be required to build custom execution environments, which would also need to pull in RPM packages.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
