EventSource Sink , Subscription or Trigger can sink only to KSVC but should to any Addressable Resource

      Description of problem:

      EventSource Sink, Knative Subscription or Trigger CRs can address any Addressable in theirs sink section.

      Using the ODC UI it's only possible to address Knative services for subscription/Triggers and for EventSource Sink to (KSVC/Channel/Broker or URI). That limits the user's options.

      For all three EventSource, Trigger, and Subscription as a user I should get a consistent experience with sink to any addressable be it in respective create flow or in Topology view

          Feature Request - Feature requests from customers and/or users RFE-2372 [knative] Subscription or Trigger can sink only to Kservice, but should to any Addressable
