Show affected Pods for PodDisruptionBudget in Web Console

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When customers are working with certain resources that affect Pods (such as PodDisruptionBudgets (PDBs)), it would be valuable to show the affected Pods in the Web UI. So this RFE requests the addition of a "Pods" tab when viewing the details of a PodDisruptionBudget that shows the Pods that are affected by this PDB.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Configuring PDBs and other resources can be tricky as the concepts used by PDBs can be complex to understand. Having an additional tab that shows the affected Pods could help customers validate their configuration.
