Add customFaviconFile to consoles.operator.openshift.io/cluster
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
When specifying customProductName or customLogoFile in consoles.operator.openshift.io cluster, the favicon of the web console is no longer displayed. The customer want to be able to add its own favicon
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Each cluster will have a specific favicon, which reduce the risks of human error when working on multiple clusters at the same time
