Keep icons after setting customProductName

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
There is the assumption made that the text in the title bar should only be used for branding and the customization field is even called customProductName.
We have users that want to use the title bar for other purposes, namely for having at all time information visible on which cluster they are. Hence they want to have their custom cluster name visible in the title bar.
This is no rebranding. As such the favicon should be kept. The arguments in OCPBUGSM-21028 don't apply. Also it is not consistent to remove the favicon and to keep the larger icon.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
This is critical when users are managing tenth or hundreds of clusters as it is too easy to apply a change to a wrong cluster or to check something in the wrong place.
