Ability for customer to bring in their own/ community developed kubectl plugin in openshift

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Not all developers package package their plugin for distro like mac or linux separately .
Openshift admin or develop have to go search the web and install these packages manually

Ease of use and improve developer productivity
