Unexpected authentication failure leads to connection hang

Unexpected Exceptions which occur during SASL authentication must lead to connection close in JBoss Remoting (e.g. in ClientConnectionOpenListener and ServerConnectionOpenListener). Currently such connection hangs - stays open until it times out.

This is a follow up to JBEAP-12698. The original JIRA is focused on IBM JDK issue but it also describes problem with connection hang when an unexpected NPE comes during authentication.
