Unexpected Exceptions which occur during SASL authentication must lead to connection close in JBoss Remoting (e.g. in ClientConnectionOpenListener and ServerConnectionOpenListener). Currently such connection hangs - stays open until it times out.

This is a follow up to ~~JBEAP-12698~~. The original JIRA is focused on IBM JDK issue but it also describes problem with connection hang when an unexpected NPE comes during authentication.
