Comparing with 3.2.0, there were 109 artifacts, which were removed from 3.8.0.ER1 Quarkus build. The most notable were io.jaegertracing artifacts, since we have CVE coverage, which involves them. Other potentially important things:

• jetty
• netty
• logback
