Upstream content guides include asciidoc files with tables that are dynamically generated by the Maven Quarkus upstream doc build from Java code files and get inserted into asciidoc files that live in the target/generated folder.

• Some tables don't render correctly on PV2.
• Either transform fails or the tables are wonky.
• Tables use the asciidoc icon macro to insert an open/closed padlock icon to convert information.
• The Icon needs to be replaced and compliant with Red Hat icons for docs.
