Scope: To help facilitate "bluewashing" of Quarkus content, remove references to Red Hat in guide titles. This is to help facilitate the conditionalization of content to publish on both the Red Hat Customer Portal and the IBM Docs portal. 

Before you begin, consider the following:

• Clarify naming requirements for IBM with Thomas. 
  • Verify product name changes to incorporate IBM and RHBQ. 
  • Clarify correct usage of "IBM Enterprise build of Quarkus" and any agreed abbreiviation, such as IBMEBQ.
  • Verify how first instance of product should be written. For example, ensure first instance of the product name says "IBM Enterprise build of Quarkus" (naming to be confirmed)
