Scope:  Review downstream RHBQ content and complete necessary preparation and updates to facilitate a successful publication of the Quarkus content on the IBM Docshttps://www.ibm.com/docs/en] portal for release IBM Enterprise build of Quarkus (IBMEBQ) 3.27.

Consider the following:

Prepare the Quarkus docs: 

• Assess requirements for IBM build of Quarkus (language, product naming, publishing etc.)
• Scrub content to remove redundant usage of "Red Hat", "Red Hat build of Quarkus", and "RHBQ".
• Scrub content to remove Product Name from guide titles (TBC with Thomas) 
• Review links
• More details to be determined.......

Add IBM-specific updates:

• In the Quarkus repo, update the attributes.ado file to add agreed IBM-relevant attributes. For example, attributes for correct long and short product names, company name, etc.  
• Review Quarkus docs to determine where updated attributes need to be added.
• Verify guides to ensure correct IBM language usage
