• Technical Considerations: Discuss and evaluate the need for conditionalization and other adjustments.

Tasks:

1. Review the current downstream guide for dependencies.
2. Assess the need for conditionalization.
3. Migrate the guide to the upstream repository.
4. Test the migrated guide for functionality.
5. Make adjustments based on feedback.
6. Communicate completion and document changes.
