Connections to pypi.org are not possible in China-ROL portal

      Issue description

      Some lab scripts in ROL China are not working.

      This happens because we cannot longer connect to pypi.org site. We depend on this connection to install lab script dependencies.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Start a lab script in an affected course.
      • The lab script fails saying that the course dynolabs package is not installed.

      Workaround:

      • Pushing a classroom image with the course package pre-installed.

       

      Expected result:

      • The lab script starts as usual.
