      Issue description

        The document needs to be updated to match the OC command. In exercise 2.1 the variable is described as "MYSQL_DATABASE: users-db", but in the oc command, the value is "MYSQL_DATABASE=users". The variable "MYSQL_DATABASE=users-db" also causes an error for the deployment, but if you change it to "MYSQL_DATABASE=users", the issue is fixed.
