ch04s02: Q3 option A uses word "Required" instead of "recommended"

      Issue description

      please reword some of these questions, particularly question 3 option A, where it's said to be "required".   The option specified that it's required to use the UI; however I feel this should be reworded to "recommended" as I have scripted Jenkins changes using Python and the requests pip package.
